Terms and Conditions: Free Underlay Promotion

    All carpet ranges qualify for free underlay.

    The free underlay is the Comfy Lay underlay with a retail price of £1.99 square metre.

    The amount of free underlay will be no more than the total square metre size of the carpet on the qualifying order.

    Customers can trade up to a better quality underlay where the retail price of the trade up will be discounted by the retail price of the value underlay £1.99 square metre.

    The Free Underlay promotion is available on all qualifying purchases of flooring orders made in store and online, but does not apply to flooring orders to which any other special offer or promotion applies during the period of this promotion and cannot be used in combination with such other special offer or promotion.

    There is no cash alternative. The promotional offer is non-transferable to another person or exchanged for any other discount or offer if the customer does not wish to receive the free underlay and or upgrade value.

    Carpet purchased before the start of the promotion is not eligible for the free underlay promotion.

    In the event that an order is cancelled or changed by the customer before the qualifying free underlay or upgraded underlay has been delivered, the promotional value will be become null and void. House of Fraser - Sofas, Furniture and Flooring will offer the promotion where the change to an order entitles the customer to the free or upgraded underlay in line with promotion.

    House of Fraser - Sofas, Furniture and Flooring Standard Terms and Conditions apply to the qualifying and non – qualifying underlay and other items, which are supplied under this promotion.

    In particular:

  • Delivery charges apply to the qualifying and non-qualifying orders
  • House of Fraser - Sofas, Furniture and Flooring reserve the right to vary, alter or withdraw this promotion without prior notice
  • This promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales. The customer’s rights as a consumer are not affected.
